PIMS are seeking applications for a suitability experienced Trainer Assessor Facilitator.
The role is based on site at our project at Appin Mine in the Illawarra region, NSW and reports directly to the Project Manager.
The role will be responsible for,
Managing site personnel training requirements
Assisting in the delivery of training
Facilitate training onsite to assist in induction requirements
Key skills and experience:
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
Advanced prioritising and time management skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work with ever changing ‘moving parts’ in a fast-paced environment
High level communication and administrative skills
Committed to confidentiality and ability to work closely within a supportive team
Ability to relate and communicate with a broad audience
Other desirable skills and experience:
Understanding of Underground Coal Mining and Mine Site Roles
Certificate in Training and Assessing
Understanding of mine site safety
Experience with mine site training requirements
Knowledge of the NSW region
Current Drivers License
