As part of our growth and ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking experienced and qualified Carpenters to join our Township Maintenance Services team in Glenden and Tieri.

Please note: This role is strictly DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out) – not FIFO. Monday to Friday roster with every 2nd Friday off. 

About the Role
Based in Glenden or Tieri, you will play a key role in maintaining residential and commercial facilities within the township. You’ll deliver quality carpentry solutions with a focus on safety and compliance. Responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on buildings & structures
• Completing framing, formwork, decking and cladding to a high standard
• Ensuring all work is completed to Australian Building Codes and Industry Standards
• Ensuring and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

The Successful Candidate
We’re looking for professionals who are committed, reliable, and take pride in their trade. The minimum skills and expectations for this role are but not limited to:

• An Australian recognised trade qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry)
• General Safety Induction (Construction Industry White Card)
• Valid Manual Driver’s Licence
• Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding (CPCCLSF2001A)  (desirable)
• Work Safely at Height (RIIWHS204D) (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years of Carpentry experience (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and a strong customer focus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• A strong understanding of WHS standards and safe work methods
• Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
