About the Role
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing the operational performance of multiple services. Reporting directly to the Head of OSHC, your focus will be on improving consistency, supporting strategic growth, and ensuring every service meets the highest standards of care and quality.
You’ll act as a mentor to Service Managers, providing coaching and support to help them lead successful teams and deliver meaningful outcomes for children and families.

In This Role, You Will:

• Guide and support a team of Service Managers to deliver consistently high-quality services.
• Implement strategies that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate performance, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Cultivate a culture of ownership and accountability within your portfolio.
• Partner with teams across the organisation to share best practice and introduce effective solutions.

About You

• A proven background in senior leadership roles, preferably across multiple sites.
• Experience leading teams within early childhood or school-aged care environments.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate vision into action.
• A collaborative leadership style focused on empowerment and results.
• A successful track record in enhancing service delivery, compliance and performance.
