Client Support Technician
Location: Cathedral House, Brisbane CBD
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week

About the Role
As a Client Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day technology needs of Archdiocesan staff across hundreds of locations. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will resolve technical issues escalated from the Service Desk, ensure device compliance and security, and contribute to IT projects and system improvements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and provide mentoring to junior analysts, helping to maintain a high standard of customer-focused service delivery.

What You'll Do
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues.
- Maintain and support client systems across approx. 400 sites.
- Ensure devices are patched, secured, and compliant.
- Participate in projects, hardware deployments, and on-site support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Create and update knowledgebase documentation.
- Mentor and guide Service Desk Analysts.
What You’ll Bring - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client support or service desk role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networks, M365, Azure, and VMWare
- Experience with enterprise environments and service level targets.
- Solid documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and endpoint management tools
- Willingness to travel to sites and assist with hands-on support.
