About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Home & Living Remediation & Operations Specialist to provide expert guidance in Rosters of Care, SIL remediation, process improvement, operational efficiencies, and financial sustainability. This role is pivotal in driving service excellence, optimising resource allocation, and enhancing long-term viability within our Home and Living services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and leadership in Rosters of Care, SIL remediation, and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in programs to drive financial sustainability and improve performance.
- Collaborate with teams to refine intake and engagement processes for improved client experiences.
- Deliver actionable reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Engage with families, staff, and stakeholders to continuously enhance service provision.
- Represent the organisation in external forums and professional networks.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Develop and monitor financial performance metrics, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to build workforce capability and expertise.
- Work closely with senior leadership to influence strategic direction and enhance long-term sustainability.
Key Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Disability Services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in community services or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS/NDIA services and contemporary business models.
- Proven track record in funding application and management.
- Strong expertise in remediation strategies and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance financial outcomes and sustainability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
