The role:
As the Rostering Team Leader, you will help foster a positive working relationship between rostering and operations, while providing ongoing daily support to team members through coaching and development. You will play a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous improvement ensuring the application of industry regulations and best practices to all rostering operations. In this role you will lead a high-performing team whilst fostering a supportive, psychologically safe work environment.
