At Enoggera OSHC, we provide before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 105 children, creating a supportive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

By incorporating children’s ideas into our programs, we empower them to shape their own experiences. Our mix of free play, group activities, and individual experiences—both indoors and outdoors—support the children in their journey of discovery and growth.  

There are various before school care and after school care shifts available, with a particular focus on after-school care shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

A Day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (ACECQA equivalent) is required. 
• Childcare/OSHC experience is desirable
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
