Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting families? Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC), part of the Centacare network, is seeking a dedicated Family Support Officer to join our dynamic team.

Your Role
As a Family Support Officer, you will be an integral part of our Performance team, ensuring smooth operations through managing payments, processing invoices, overseeing debt management, and ensuring compliance with childcare subsidies and government enrolments. You'll work with tools like Freshdesk, Xplor, and Xpay to help keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Payment & Invoice Management: Accurately process payments and invoices in a timely manner.
• Debt Management: Proactively support families with payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
• Government Enrolments & Subsidies: Manage childcare subsidy applications and government enrolments seamlessly.
• Software Proficiency: Utilise platforms like Freshdesk and Xplor to support day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience in administration or financial roles, ideally in the childcare or education sector.
• Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Attributes: Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
