The Role
We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead and support Service Leaders in our south Brisbane portfolio. Reporting to the Head of OSHC, you’ll be responsible for driving operational consistency, performance improvement, and sustainable service delivery across multiple locations. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be entrusted with shaping and executing key strategic priorities to achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Managers to deliver outstanding results.
- Drive performance consistency across the portfolio, meeting and exceeding set targets.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability and empowerment, supporting leaders to take ownership of their performance and teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and tools that elevate service performance.

- Proven Record of Achievement: Demonstrated success in improving service delivery, business performance, and compliance within complex environments.
- Background in Early or School-Aged Education and Care: A solid understanding of the early education and care sector is essential. You should have experience working in environments that support the development and care of children, particularly in early learning or school-aged care settings, ensuring the holistic growth of the children and families we serve.
