About the Role
We are seeking a Transaction Services Specialist to join our team. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is ideal for a bright and enthusiastic individual with experience in banking and customer service.
The primary purpose of the role is providing the ADF customer base with a high standard of personal customer service, advice and expertise relating to our products and services range whilst ensuring that our internal policies and procedures are always adhered to. The primary objectives of the role are to oversee the day-to-day administration and management of client transaction processing and general administration. The secondary objective of this role is to assist with and perform role coverage as required across the Transaction Services and Product Administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage direct debit requests for planned giving and tuition services.
- Facilitate domestic and international payment processing and assist with reconciliation.
- Provide expert support to ADF customers regarding products and services.
- Engage in administrative tasks, procedural reviews, and project work.
- Collaborate across Transaction Services and Product Administration teams.
Essential Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level or higher).
- Understanding of contemporary issues facing the Catholic Church.
Other Requirements: - Current Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
- Police Check (provided at no cost to the candidate).
- A valid driver’s license.
- Two referees included with your application.
Remuneration: Salary will reflect the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
