We are looking for experienced and passionate Educators to join our Springfield Lakes team.

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting children in their early years. You love helping them fulfil happiness through growing, development, and are committed to seeing them learn, all while having fun in a comfortable safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare’s expectations and educational philosophy.

  Job Requirements:

• Holds a Certificate III or Diploma qualification or higher relevant to working with Children - a range of study areas may be recognised including, behavioural science, community services, creative arts, education, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, sports and recreation, and human welfare studies. • Holds a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
