What are we looking for?
We're looking for a candidate with strong administration skills and an eye for detail. If you have a background in NDIS funding, customer service, enjoy working in a team and are confident with systems, this could be a perfect fit.
This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Maternity Leave contract reporting to the Project Coordinator - NDIS Engagement Team.
About the role:
- Work closely with our operations team to understand and develop Rosters of Care (ROC) that reflect client needs and funding.
- Setup, monitor and maintain all individualised client funding packages on Centacare’s systems
- Prepare and maintain client service agreements and documentation
- Accurately determine client funding amounts and types from Centacare service agreements, NDIS myPlace, Support Co-ordinators or Plan Managers
- Monitor client funding levels and provide timely, accurate information to our operations team
- Resolve internal and external funding queries
About You: We are looking for someone who:
- Is Experienced: Experience in administrative roles, with a well-developed knowledge of, and experience in NDIS and community services.
- Is Organised: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Is Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in all administrative tasks and documentation.
- Is Data Driven: High level of computer skills including sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and corporate software systems.
- Is a Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Is Professional: Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to interact with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality in dealing with a variety of staff, external agencies and clients and their families and/or guardians
- Is an excellent communicator: Enjoys interacting positively and communicating with people from all walks of life.
Essential Criteria: - A Positive Notice Working with Children "Blue" Card and NDIS WS Card
- A National Police Certificate
- A current QLD Drivers Licence
- A roadworthy, registered and suitably insured vehicle to use for work purposes
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Why Work for Us? We offer a competitive remuneration based on the Centacare Community and Disability Services Union Collective Agreement 2008 Level 3, including 12% superannuation. Salary packaging options are available to increase your take home pay by up to $15,900.
