About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong business acumen to manage Centacare's Single Assessment Services contract. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with operational excellence, driving innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement in line with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives for Single Assessment Services.
- Deliver business insights to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.
- Ensure operational compliance with Aged Care Needs Assessment Services standards.
- Develop and maintain data-driven processes to optimise organisational performance.
- Build influential partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive business and process improvements, aligning operations with KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years in senior leadership, with expertise in Aged Care, Disability, or related sectors.
- Strong business acumen, demonstrated in managing budgets, driving growth, and meeting performance metrics.
- Health-related qualifications (e.g., RN, OT, Social Work) with AHPRA registration preferred.
- Proven success in change management and high-volume operations.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Requirements - Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence, National Police Check, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, NDIS Worker Orientation Module, First Aid and CPR, Motor Vehicle with Full Comprehensive Insurance and Registration and Proof of right to work within Australia
