We are looking to hire a casual Educator (Children’s Services Employee) who is ready to step up as the Educational Leader for St Benedict's Outside of School Hours Care in Mango Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to advance into a leadership position.

At St. Benedict's Outside School Hours Care, we offer before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 140 children.
  
In this role, you will collaborate with families, children, and fellow educators to create programs that best serve the children's needs. You will play a crucial role in nurturing a lifelong love of learning and building strong relationships with families, educators, and the community.

• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
