Opportunity: Lead a Newly Acquired Service within Our Expanding Organisation

In this dynamic position, you will oversee a dedicated team of around 100 professionals across our newly acquired facility. Your leadership will be instrumental in providing a safe, loving, and enriching environment for children and their families, ensuring our new service becomes a cornerstone of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a Safety-First Culture: Lead by example to ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health regulations.
• Deliver High-Quality Educational Practices: Cultivate meaningful relationships and develop engaging programs tailored to the diverse needs of children.
• Create an Inspiring Team Environment: Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional growth through effective mentoring and support.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage finances, staffing, and service operations to uphold the highest standards of care and education.

Who You Are: You are a passionate leader with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (or equivalent) and extensive experience managing multiple sites or services in the education and care sector. Your strong communication skills, commitment to child welfare, and ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and stakeholders will set you apart.
