We are currently seeking permanent part-time Home Care Workers to support our aged care clients across Chermside, Carseldine, Aspley, Zillmere, Geebung, Everton Park, Enoggera, Kedron, Stafford, Bracken Ridge, Boondall, Geebung, Banyo, Nundah, Stafford and nearby surrounding suburbs in Brisbane North.
Being able to age well and enjoy life from the comfort of home is important for our aged care clients. Whether it’s a helping hand around the house and garden, or support to get out and about in the community and connect with others, you’ll supporting our clients.
Overview of the role:
- Support clients in their personal homes with domestic assistance, cleaning, social and recreational visits, transport, personal care, running errands, preparing meals.
- Use your own vehicle to transport participants to community-based outings.
What we can offer you: - Pay rates starting from $30.61 + penalties + loadings + other benefits.
- 12% superannuation (higher than the statutory 11.5%).
- Increase your take home (net) pay by salary packaging up to $18,550 p.a. which can cover your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900 p.a.) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650 p.a.).
- Paid KM’s and travel time between client visits.
- Paid training before you start and ongoing training & development.

What you need: - Completed industry-related placement hours or paid employment experience.
- Desirable but not essential, completed or currently studying an industry relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
- Australian Driver's License
- Qld Motor Vehicle Registration
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment
- National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months or willing to apply)
