Sacred Heart OSHC in Booval is looking for an experienced, or aspiring Educator for a Part-Time opportunity to support our growing team. 

Located in the heart of the Booval community, on the grounds of Sacred Heart Primary School, our service is licensed up to 120 children. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting primary school aged children to grow and develop and are committed to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy and safe environment.
 
A day in the life of an OSHC Educator… 

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care
• Feel excited to come to work to make a difference to the lives of children in our care!

Job Requirements:

• Holds a Cert III or Diploma qualification or higher relevant to working with Children - a range of study areas may be recognised including, behavioural science, community services, creative arts, education, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, sports and recreation, and human welfare studies. • Holds a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
