Key Responsibilities
- Program and plan experiences for our children (At St Joseph’s OSHC, as whole team we program and plan experiences for our children with support and mentoring from our education leader and coordinators).
- Provide nurturing care in a secure and welcoming environment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
- Enjoy the chance to participate in exciting excursions during vacation care
- Feel inspired to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children!
Job Requirements: - Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or in progress) as per ACECQA guidelines preferred, but not essential
- Passion for play-based education and care of school-aged children
- Effective communication skills in the workplace
