Your Role:
- Provide direct one-on-one support to children with additional needs, ensuring their growth and development are nurtured.
- Infuse your passion into creating and delivering adjustments to the learning environment as needed for all children under your care.
- Collaborate with the coordinator and educational leader to develop detailed documentation to support neuro divergent children’s inclusion within the OSHC environment.
- Build meaningful connections with stakeholders, fellow educators and families, fostering an inclusive community for our children.

Job Requirements: - Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA equivalent
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Minimum two years of experience in inclusion support
- Understanding of childcare industry practices and legislative requirements
- Familiarity with National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place learning framework
- Strong workplace communication skills
- Proficient in documentation and record-keeping for inclusion support
