This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OSHC professional who is passionate about leadership, quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the OSHC service, supporting up to 60 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care
• Lead the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based programs that support children's learning, wellbeing and development
• Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families, school staff and the wider community
• Support, mentor and collaborate with a team of educators to drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and quality standards while fostering a positive team culture
• Create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
• Previous childcare service management experience.
• Child Protection training is required for this role.
• Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
