St Peter Chanel Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is seeking enthusiastic and caring Educators to join our welcoming team. Operating Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care, we provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

About the Role
As an OSHC Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to participate. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver engaging experiences that encourage creativity, confidence, wellbeing, and fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for school-aged children
- Deliver engaging play-based experiences that reflect children's interests and strengths
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the day-to-day operations of the service
- Contribute to programming, activities, and special events
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and service standards
What We're Looking For - Experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting, not essential but highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- Ability to create engaging experiences that are fun, inclusive, and child-focused
- Current completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
