A day in the life of an OSHC Educator
- Provide nurturing, high-quality care for children
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
- Deliver engaging, play-based experiences that support children’s development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team
- Work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for children
- Participate in exciting excursions during vacation care
- Come to work each day knowing you’re making a meaningful impact
Job Requirements: - A Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA equivalent qualification (or working towards) would be desirable
- Previous childcare experience would be desirable
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective workplace communication skills
