A day in the life of an OSHC Educator

• Provide nurturing, high-quality care for children
• Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
• Deliver engaging, play-based experiences that support children’s development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team
• Work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for children
• Participate in exciting excursions during vacation care
• Come to work each day knowing you’re making a meaningful impact

Job Requirements:

• A Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA equivalent qualification (or working towards) would be desirable
• Previous childcare experience would be desirable
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
