The Opportunity We’re looking for a Vacation Care Manager to lead the design, structure, and continuous improvement of Vacation Care across one of Queensland’s largest OSHC networks.

Key Focus Areas Program Design & Experience
- Create engaging program frameworks and themes
- Curate high-quality incursions, excursions, and experiences
- Balance creativity with real-world operational delivery
⚙️ Operational Architecture
- Build clear planning cycles and delivery timelines
- Develop systems, tools, and documentation services can rely on
- Reduce complexity while improving consistency
Commercial Performance
- Apply strong commercial thinking to pricing and cost management
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance
- Ensure programs are financially sustainable at scale
Multi-Site Delivery
- Coordinate program planning across 135+ services
- Manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Drive consistency and quality across the network
Who we are looking for You will bring experience designing and delivering programs at scale, ideally within OSHC or early education.
You are someone who:
- Turns complexity into clear systems
- Balances creativity with operational realities
- Manages budgets, suppliers, and performance
- Leads structured planning cycles with confidence
