We are seeking a confident and capable Educator who brings strong practice, initiative, and a genuine passion for supporting primary school-aged children in a dynamic OSHC environment.

About the Role
As an Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, contributing to a program that is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with best practice.
You will:

• Deliver intentional, play-based programs that support children’s development and interests
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed environment
• Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Use your experience and judgement to support day-to-day program delivery and supervision
• Support continuous improvement and uphold quality standards and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience working in OSHC or school-aged care environments
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
• Ability to confidently manage groups of children and respond to varying needs
• A proactive and reliable team member who can contribute positively to team culture.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire.
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace.
