We are seeking a confident and capable Educator who brings strong practice, initiative, and a genuine passion for supporting primary school-aged children in a dynamic OSHC environment.
About the Role
As an Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, contributing to a program that is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with best practice.
You will:
- Deliver intentional, play-based programs that support children’s development and interests
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed environment
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Use your experience and judgement to support day-to-day program delivery and supervision
- Support continuous improvement and uphold quality standards and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For - Demonstrated experience working in OSHC or school-aged care environments
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Ability to confidently manage groups of children and respond to varying needs
- A proactive and reliable team member who can contribute positively to team culture.

Job Requirements: - Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire.
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace.
