We’re looking for a passionate educator to join St Cecilia’s LDC and Kindergarten in our Junior Kindy room (up to 15 children). Our boutique, 49-place service is located in the heart of Hamilton.
Enjoy a warm, home-like setting with high ceilings, French doors, timber floors, and beautifully resourced learning spaces. Our children benefit from a spacious outdoor area with a mud kitchen and veggie garden, as well as fresh meals prepared daily by our on-site cook.

In this role, you’ll create a safe, nurturing environment and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF in a small-group setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning programs
- Support children’s development and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Observe and document children’s learning
- Maintain a safe and organised environment
Job Requirements: - Certificate III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Experience in the education and care of children
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
