About The Role:
As Regional Manager, you will oversee the performance, compliance, workforce capability, financial sustainability, and continuous improvement of community aged care services within your region. You will champion a person-centred approach that promotes consumer dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regional compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality Standards, funding agreements and organisational governance frameworks.
- Oversee delivery of high-quality, person-centred home care services aligned with the Charter of Aged Care Rights and individual care plans.
- Set regional priorities and monitor service performance to achieve strategic and operational targets.
- Maintain strong clinical governance in partnership with the Clinical Manager, including care planning, risk, medication and incident management oversight.
- Lead, develop and performance-manage regional teams, ensuring workforce capability, compliance and succession planning.
- Manage regional budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with funding models and industrial requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, data analysis and consumer feedback.
- Strengthen stakeholder partnerships to support integrated care pathways.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, safeguarding, privacy and anti-discrimination obligations.
About You: You are a strategic and operational leader with extensive experience in aged care, community services, or health service management. You bring:
- Strong knowledge of aged care regulatory and governance frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or regional service delivery
- Financial and budget management capability
- Proven leadership and workforce development experience
- Experience driving continuous improvement and performance outcomes
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical, reporting and decision-making capability
Tertiary qualifications in health, nursing, social services, business, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
