Lead workforce planning and rostering across services, managing casual pools, compliance, and data-driven staffing decisions
About the Role
As our Workforce Planning Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring Catholic Early EdCare services are staffed confidently, compliantly, and sustainably. You’ll lead end-to-end workforce planning and rostering activities, partnering closely with Service Leaders, Regional Managers and People & Culture colleagues to optimise staffing models and support high-quality service delivery.
In this hands-on, organisation-wide role, you’ll balance operational execution with strategic insight; using data, systems, and strong relationships to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
