OSHC Coordinator – Holy Spirit OSHC, Bray Park
Permanent Full-Time | 38 hours per week

About the Service
Located in the heart of Bray Park, Holy Spirit OSHC has proudly operated under Catholic Early EdCare since 2006 on behalf of Holy Spirit Parish and Community.
We offer Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 135 children in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
Our program nurtures curiosity, exploration, and creativity through a thoughtful balance of educator-led and child-led experiences.
About the Role
As the OSHC Coordinator, you will:
- Lead a passionate team to deliver high-quality, inclusive care programs
- Ensure the service runs safely, smoothly, and in alignment with regulations and CEEC values
- Build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider school community
- Create an engaging learning environment that promotes connection, growth, and belonging
What You’ll Need - Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (as per ACECQA guidelines)
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Willingness to act as the Nominated Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of childcare legislation, including the National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time, Our Place
- Previous experience in childcare service management
- Proven leadership skills and experience developing teams
