Lead and Inspire as Our Educational Leader – Clarence Street LDC, South Brisbane
Clarence Street Early Learning is a vibrant, multi-level early childhood service in the heart of South Brisbane, proudly part of Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC).
About the Role:
As Educational Leader, you’ll champion excellence in teaching and learning, mentoring educators to deliver innovative, child-centred programs aligned with the EYLF, QKLG, and NQF. You’ll lead curriculum audits, Quality Improvement Plans, and professional learning, embedding CEEC’s purpose and values into daily practice, and building strong connections with families and the community.
About You:
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Proven experience in an educational leadership role
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood pedagogy
- Skilled at mentoring and supporting a team of educators
- Collaborative, proactive, and reflective approach to early childhood education
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, and CPR (Child Protection Training if required)
