Educator – Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
St Vincent’s, Clear Island Waters
Availability - every afternoon & 2 mornings per week

St Vincent’s Outside School Hours Care is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Children’s Services Educator to join our vibrant team. We provide before school care, after school care and vacation care for up to 90 primary-aged children, creating a safe, fun and engaging environment where they can learn, grow and thrive.

We’re seeking an energetic educator who is passionate about working in OSHC and committed to supporting children through meaningful play, positive relationships and exciting experiences.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent)
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
• Current First aid and CPR Certificate
