Role - Diploma Qualified OSHC Educator

At All Saints Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Boonah, we believe that children thrive when they feel seen, valued, and inspired to explore their world.

We're seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our passionate team—someone who brings creativity, professionalism, and heart to every day.

Our service provides Before School Care (6:30-8:30am) and After School Care (2:30-6:00pm) for a small, vibrant group of children in a welcoming, community-based environment.

A Day in the Life of an Educator:

• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for school-aged children.
• Deliver dynamic, inclusive programs that encourage play, creativity, and connection.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, and your fellow educators.
• Contribute to a service that's continually innovating, improving, and aiming to Exceed National Quality Standards.

About You

• Hold a Diploma in School Age Education & Care, Early Childhood Education & Care, or equivalent (as per ACECQA guidelines).
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card.
• Passionate about supporting children's growth, wellbeing, and learning through play.
• Confident understanding of NQF, My Time, Our Place, and current education frameworks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Current First aid and CPR Certificate
