Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
Permanent Part-Time (25 hrs/week)

Conveniently located at Assisi College, Upper Coomera, we provide care and education for children from six weeks of age and offer a Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Program for children in the year before Prep, catering for up to 59 Children.

About the Role 

As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you’ll:

• Design and deliver an inclusive, engaging Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues in a supportive, nurturing environment.
• Create vibrant and inspiring learning spaces that encourage curiosity and discovery.
• Document children’s learning through observations, evaluations, and reflections.
• Maintain compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Represent our service with professionalism and uphold our Catholic Early EdCare values within the wider community.

What You’ll Need

• ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, or Master’s in Early Childhood Education.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD).
• Understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations.
• Familiarity with behaviour guidance frameworks and inclusive practices.
