Join our vibrant OSHC team at Victoria Point!
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Educator to become an integral part of our Outside School Hours Care service.
Located on the beautiful grounds of St. Rita’s Catholic Primary School, our service provides a bright, welcoming space where children and educators thrive. With a capacity of up to 90 children, we offer Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care—each filled with creativity, play, and engaging learning experiences.
Our dedicated OSHC room and dynamic programs ensure that no two days are ever the same. From hands-on activities to group games, we create an environment where children can explore, learn, and have fun.
What a Day as an OSHC Educator Looks Like
- Provide nurturing care for children in a safe and welcoming environment
- Develop and deliver fun, inclusive recreational and educational activities
- Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with team members
- Support a strong, established team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
- Participate in excursions and special activities during vacation care
- Make a difference every day while having fun at work!
What We’re Looking For - Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (ACECQA equivalent) or working towards
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Passion for supporting school-aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
