Join Our Fun & Supportive OSHC Team – St Clare’s Yarrabilba!

Are you passionate about working with children and want a role that’s fun, rewarding, and flexible? St Clare’s OSHC in Yarrabilba provides before school, after school, and vacation care for up to 114 children, and we’re looking for enthusiastic educators to join our growing team!

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator:

• Provide nurturing care for children in a safe, welcoming environment
• Create fun, educational, and inclusive experiences
• Maintain positive team relationships and work collaboratively
• Participate in exciting vacation care excursions
• Feel motivated and excited to make a difference every day!

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) – desirable but not essential
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Passion for school-aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, or Early Years Learning Framework, or willingness to learn
• Strong oral and written communication skills
