Location: St Clare's Kindergarten and OSHC, Yarrabilba

At St Clare’s OSHC, we provide a safe, vibrant, and nurturing environment for up to 62 children before school, after school, and during school holidays. Our programs are play-based, child-led, and designed to inspire creativity, confidence, and lifelong learning.

Your Role As
Assistant Coordinator, you’ll work alongside our Service leader to deliver high-quality programs and support our team, including:
- Assisting with program planning, delivery, and documentation
- Supervising and mentoring staff
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all children
- Being the Responsible Person on-site when the Coordinator is away
- Promoting our service and community values
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place
- Experience in child education and care
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Confidence using childcare software (Xplor preferred)
- Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required
