As our Assistant Coordinator, you’ll take on a dynamic role that blends leadership, creativity, and hands-on involvement. You’ll help shape a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children during before and after school care.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Lead the daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring a safe, engaging, and well-organised environment.
- Plan and deliver creative, educational programs based on children’s interests and needs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate with and support your team to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant service culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
- Experience in the education and care of children.
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required
