OSHC Coordinator – Holy Spirit OSHC, Bray Park
Permanent Full-Time | 38 hours per week

About the Service Located in the heart of Bray Park, Holy Spirit OSHC has been proudly operated by Catholic Early EdCare since 2006 on behalf of Holy Spirit Parish and Community.
We provide Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 135 children, offering a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Our program encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity through a balance of educator- and child-led activities.
About the Role As the OSHC Coordinator, you will:
- Lead a passionate team to deliver high-quality, inclusive care programs.
- Ensure the service operates smoothly, safely, and in line with regulations and Catholic Early EdCare values.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider school community.
- Foster a positive, engaging learning environment that encourages growth and connection.
What You’ll Need - Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
