Quality Manager – Lead Excellence, Drive Improvement

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality frameworks and improvement strategies that lift practice standards and strengthen outcomes across our network.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance to Continuous Improvement Officers and service leaders
• Oversee Assessment & Rating processes and support services to achieve Exceeding outcomes
• Partner with leaders and educators to embed reflective practice and professional growth
• Champion safeguarding and promote a culture of safety and accountability

This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood or education leader with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and a proven record of driving organisational quality and capability.

You’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in early education, adult learning, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in senior leadership, quality, or compliance roles
• Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
