We’re looking for an Educational Leader Mentor to guide, coach, and inspire Educational Leaders across our services to strengthen pedagogy, build leadership capability, and foster collaboration.

In this role, you’ll:
• Mentor and support Educational Leaders across CEEC services
• Build capability in leadership, pedagogy, and reflective practice
• Facilitate professional learning and networking opportunities
• Develop and share resources that embed consistent, high-quality practice
• Partner with the Quality & Continuous Improvement team to align and elevate standards
