St Benedict’s Outside School Hours Care provides quality before school, after school, and vacation care for up to 150 children in a dedicated space with access to a large sports oval — perfect for active, engaging programs.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Educator who’s passionate about creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where primary school-aged children can grow and thrive.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

Job Requirements:

• Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA equivalent) would be preferred.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective communication skills within the workplace  
• Previous experience in inclusion support is an added advantage.
