About our Annerley OSHC Service:

Our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provides after-school care for students of Mary Immaculate Catholic Primary School and the wider Annerley community.
As part of the Annerley Ekibin Parish, we care for up to 45 children each afternoon in a safe, welcoming environment.

We offer a mix of indoor and outdoor activities that are fun, engaging, and designed to support each child’s growth and development. By building strong relationships with families, we tailor our program to meet every child’s needs.

Our focus is on providing a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable experience—with Prep children personally collected from their classrooms each afternoon.

We are seeking an Educator who will:

• Provide nurturing care for children
• Ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care
• Feel excited to come to work to make a difference to the lives of children in our care!  

What you need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. 
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks. 
• A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 weeks -Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment. 
• Effective workplace communication skills  
• willingness to undertake training as required
