At St William’s OSHC, we take pride in being a welcoming, community-driven service that values every child, family, and educator.

We are seeking flexible, casual hours in a vibrant OSHC where every day is packed with fun, laughter, and genuine connection. Join our amazing team and be part of a supportive, family-like environment where you can make a difference—while having a great time!

Help us create a safe, fun, and engaging space for children before and after school, and during vacation care—especially on Mondays and Tuesdays!

About our OSHC:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive educational program
• Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for all children
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
• Engage in ongoing professional and personal development
• Represent and promote the service within the community, reflecting Centacare Child Care Services’ Vision, Mission, and Values

Job Requirements:

• Either enrolled in or completed a Cert III or Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) would be beneficial.
• Previous childcare experience would be beneficial.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
