Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring a safe and smooth-running environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging, educational programs tailored to children’s interests and needs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate and support your team to foster a welcoming, inclusive service culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
