Lead Our OSHC Service at Guardian Angels Wynnum!

Ready to step up as a passionate OSHC Coordinator? Join us full-time to lead our 141-place service, offering before/after school and vacation care in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Since 2011, we’ve fostered child-centered programs with plenty of play and learning, backed by a great team and fantastic facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service.
• Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment, maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and school staff.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our service.  

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
