Portfolio Manager – Kindergarten Services

Lead, coach and inspire with purpose
Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a values-driven Portfolio Manager to support and guide a group of Kindergarten Service Leaders across our network. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced leader - or someone ready to take the next step - who is passionate about quality early education and developing strong, high-performing teams.

The Role
As Portfolio Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping service delivery and team culture across your portfolio. You’ll mentor and empower Service Leaders, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure our services deliver strong outcomes for children, families, and teams.
Key areas of responsibility include:

• Coaching and supporting Service Leaders to grow capability and drive quality
• Embedding consistency in practice and compliance across services
• Leading with purpose to foster a culture of trust, collaboration and accountability
• Monitoring service performance and driving improvement aligned to key targets
• Supporting family engagement and community connection

About You
You’ll bring:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Director, or similar service leadership role
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, collaboration and growth
• A deep commitment to quality early learning and the wellbeing of children and teams
• Confidence navigating operational targets and supporting service performance
