St Flannan’s Outside School Hours Care, located in Zillmere, is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team! We are currently recruiting for Educators. 

At St Flannan’s Outside School Hours Care, we provide a safe, engaging environment for primary school-aged children. Our services include before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 90 children. If you thrive in an energetic setting and are committed to supporting children’s growth and development, we want to hear from you!

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care
• Feel excited to come to work to make a difference to the lives of children in our care!

  Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Children Services (ACECQA equivalent) would be preferrable
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
