We are seeking casual educators to join our team at Stephens OSHC.
St Stephen’s OSHC provides exceptional education and care for up to 120 children, offering before and after school care, as well as dynamic vacation programs, for students from Prep to Year 6. We celebrate each child's individuality, working closely with families to create meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity and foster growth.
Our programs, co-designed with children and families, combine structured learning with fun and spontaneous activities. With the support of our passionate educators, St Stephen’s is a place where children not only learn but thrive—building skills, confidence, and lifelong memories.
We are looking for educators to cover a range of before and after school shifts, with a primary focus on after school shifts.
A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…
- Providing nurturing care for children
- Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements: - Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates or willingness to obtain
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Confidence in building strong relationships with children and families
- A supportive and enthusiastic disposition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
