We are looking for an experienced people and culture professional who will help develop and transform our team’s capabilities and performance, and continue to embed a positive culture to empower our employees to excel, build skills for the future and enjoy their work environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Voice of Employee (VoE) Surveys: Manage employee surveys (onboarding, pulse, exit, engagement) to gather insights and improve the employee experience.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Develop and deliver an effective onboarding program, ensuring new hires feel supported, understand the role they play and how to do it.
- Leadership Development: Design and manage leadership training programs to drive employee growth, capability and performance
- Recognition & Reward Programs: Lead our newly revamped recognition program to celebrate employee contributions.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Drive initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- EVP & Benefits: Support the development and delivery of employee value proposition and benefits initiatives.
- Culture: Support the development and delivery of initiatives to embed a positive workplace culture aligned to our mindsets.
- Learning and Development:
- Project Management: Oversee key programs of work, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, providing strategic advice and support in organisational capability, culture, effectiveness
About You You have a strong background in People and Culture, and experience managing projects in the organisational development, learning & development or experience space. You possess excellent project management and change management skills and have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with leadership teams.
Key qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
