Talent & Workforce Advisor (High Volume) Brisbane | Full-Time | Permanent
Great people make great early learning. Help us find them.
Behind every thriving early learning centre is a team that's the right fit, in the right place, at the right time. At Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC), we support more than 135 early education and OSHC services across Queensland, and every hire you make will be felt by children, families and communities.
If you love the pace of high-volume recruitment, get a kick out of solving staffing puzzles, and want your work to genuinely matter, this is your next move.
About the role
You'll be part of a close-knit Talent & Workforce pod, working alongside a Team Leader and a Coordinator to keep a portfolio of services staffed, stable and set up to succeed. Within the pod, you'll own recruitment and workforce coordination end to end. You'll be the go-to partner for Service Leaders, with the backing of a team that shares the load, swaps knowledge and escalates the tricky stuff together.
What you'll do
Recruit with purpose

- Work closely with your Team Leader and Coordinator on workforce priorities, risks and escalations across the portfolio
- Proactively build talent pipelines so services aren't left waiting when vacancies open
- Screen and assess candidates, and make sure every compliance check, reference and document is right
Plan ahead - Track vacancies, workforce movement and staffing risks across your portfolio
- Turn workforce data into practical solutions and flag emerging risks early
- Support casual workforce coordination and deployment
Set new starters up to stay - Coordinate onboarding and support new team members through their first 90 days
- Spot early warning signs and help drive retention and engagement
Partner with leaders - Give Service Leaders clear, practical advice on their workforce needs
- Build strong, trusted relationships and help grow their capability
You'll be out and about regularly, travelling across the services in your portfolio to support on-site workforce delivery.
What you'll bring - Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or workforce coordination
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Sharp attention to detail across compliance, data and admin
- Confidence working with stakeholders and giving practical advice
- A structured, outcome-focused approach
It'll be a bonus if you have experience in education, childcare, health or another regulated environment, or exposure to workforce planning, rostering or casual workforce coordination.
Why you'll love working with us - A genuinely supportive, collaborative team that has your back
- Up to 95% staff discount on early education and care fees
- Birthday leave, plus quarterly Wellness Days
- Regular team connection activities
