We're seeking Educators to support up to 82 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. Together, we foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to explore their interests.
From facilitating activities to building positive relationships, you'll play a meaningful role in creating enjoyable experiences and helping children make the most of their day.
Key Responsibilities
As an OSHC Educator, you'll create engaging play-based experiences that support children's learning, wellbeing and development. Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll help foster a positive and inclusive environment where children feel safe, connected and inspired to thrive.
Job Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) essential.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.
